Please bring your dogs food!
We insist that owners supply their own dog food because changing your dog’s food can be very stressful, especially when he’s staying at a kennel. Having their own food makes your dog feel more at home. We accommodate all meal plans; raw, dehydrated, kibble, canned etc. We have a fridge/freezer to ensure the food remains fresh. Do not pack each meal in individual bags (unless on raw). Extra food will be not be returned, so please measure accordingly, however we recommend sending an extra couple days’ worth of food in case of travel delays. Dry Kibble Preparation: With a measuring cup, measure exactly how much food your dog eats per day. Multiply your dog’s stay by the cups of food they eat, then add a day or two more in case of a delay. Eg: (10 days X 2 cups = 20 cups + 2 days (4 cups) = 24 cups. Place all food in plastic or metal mouse proof containers, please bring a labeled food scoop. Please put clear feeding instruction on the container.

What services do you offer?
We offer a complete range of pet care services,
- Dog and Cat Boarding

What is a typical day for my dog?
- 6am ~ We open all of the hatches in the sleeping areas, this enables direct access to there own private outdoor area so that they can toilet and stretch their legs
- 7 to 8 am ~ Breakfast is served, medications are given and we do our health assessments noting any changes in the well being of each dog.
- 8 am to 11 am ~ Guests arrive and Depart. All of our guests are let out into supervised groups or individual play areas. Once Kennels are cleaned and sanitized, dogs return to their kennels
- 10 am to 4 pm ~ Playtime and Exercise. At 11 am our reception closes and the shenanigans begin. We guarantee that every guest will get two 30 minute exercise periods each day.
- 4 pm to 7 pm ~ More guests head home and our new guests arrive, dinner is served in accordance to individual schedules.
- 10 pm ~ All hatches are closed over night and its lights out. Judith does her last health check of the night. Cookies and kisses provided free of charge.
What are your kennel cleaning protocols?
Kennels are sanitized daily! Our indoor kennels are deep cleaned after every single client. Bowls and bedding are removed daily and of course any pet accidents are cleaned immediately. Outdoors we use the odiban sanitizing system to ensure the cleanest and most germ free kennels around.
How do I make my pets reservation and how are deposits handled?
